Refund Processing
We typically process refund requests within 2 business days. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license will be deactivated
- You should uninstall the Software from your devices
- You may repurchase at any time in the future
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may decline a refund request if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
- We detect misuse or abuse of the refund policy
