  • Download and install the Software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control
  • Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
  • Receive updates within the major version you purchased

3. License Restrictions

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Trial Period

The free trial provides full access to all features for 30 days. After the trial period ends, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.

5. Payment and Pricing

Topiq is sold as a one-time purchase. Prices are listed on our website and may be updated at any time. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

7. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

  • All minor updates within the major version you purchased (e.g., all 1.x releases)
  • Email support for installation and license issues

Major version upgrades (e.g., from version 1.x to 2.x) may require a separate purchase at a discounted price for existing customers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
